I ordered coffee from you but never got it. I’m stacking that up to, “porch pirates,” which is a big problem in our neighborhood. I ordered again, and this time got to it before the “pirates.” It’s really good coffee! I like it a lot! I will order again!

Disappointed in service. Mugs 5/5
The mugs are good. I'm not sure if it really was the shipper loosing shipments (per reply from you) or something else, but it took multiple contacts, many without reply, multiple follow ups on a mug omitted from the first shipment, so two shipments to fill my order. The order was placed 11/28, 4 of the 5 mugs received 12/23 and the last mug was delivered 1/9.
